Of course. The biggest benefit of leaving suggestions is that your colleges across the world will be able to consider the venue or location. Additionally you will receive a credit for every accepted review you post and every colleague who signs up using your unique referral QR code. These credits can then be used towards any future subscription functionality. 

Yes you can. Once you create/join your trip, a group chat feature is enabled. You can also chat directly with other crew members on your trip to make arrangements. Surnames and contact details are not shown.

Some airlines spam/junk email filters delay OTP's by several hours delaying registration. By initially signing up with your personal email your onboarding is accelerated. Business email is required to ensure the app is only used by active aircrew.
